This class is a Hatha style of yoga where you move your body slowly and deliberately, holding poses for several breaths before moving to the next pose. Holding the poses in this manner serves to challenge your strength and flexibility, while also bringing focus to relaxing the body and mind. Emphasis is placed on controlled breathing and posture. Modifications to poses are offered which make it suitable for all skill levels.
