Kids Yoga

A fun way for kids to exercise and learn how to calm themselves

Service Description

Kids yoga classes are typically 30 minutes in length. Classes for the 2-7 age group use stories that are approximately 15 minutes long which incorporate various yoga poses and help children learn about breathwork to help them calm themselves. The yoga portion is followed by a 15-20 minute activity (such as coloring) related to the theme of the story. Classes for the 8-17 age group include a gentle 30 minute yoga session, focusing on various poses and breathwork. Contact me at for details on pricing and scheduling.
