Grab your yoga mat and your friends and join me for a 45-minute multi-level yoga session followed by one of Capo's select wines or beers. Snacks and other wine and beer options are available for purchase. Plan to arrive early to get checked in and set up. Not a yoga pro? No worries. Modifications are offered to meet you where you are in your yoga journey. Don't have a mat? Feel free to contact me.
